We have required facilities available in our Agnel Trade Test Center.

Rules & Regulations
It is better to book your cabins / hall before Interview date, also visit our Trade Test Centre before doing booking for Trade Testing Activities to see the Cabin & other facilities.
- Need to do booking of required no. of Cabins, Hall for sitting the candidates and Trade Testing in any categories in advance.
- All activities of Trade Tests and offices will be closed at sharp 8.30 pm
- Sitting Capacity of the Hall is for 200 candidates.
- If hall is required, the Agency needs to specifically send a mail regarding the requirement of hall. If it is confirmed by management, Agencies will be informed by E- mail.
- Hall will be given from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
- If the candidates are more than 200 then the agency need to bring their bouncer to control the crowd.
- Trade testing charges will depend on the category selected.
- Agency need to tell us before the Trade Testing Date about the approximate no. of candidates will undergo Trade Test against each category mentioned by them.
- Tests will be conducted as per our Standard Drawings and specifications. if there is any changes / requirement from Client in specification and drawing then the agency needs to inform us before the Trade Testing date to arrange the required material accordingly before time.
- Customised Test can be conducted in various categories as per the Clients requirement, if it is informed earlier.
- Facilities which are not available at our complex we will arrange Trade Tests at other places where facilities are available
- The Trade Test Charges on Holiday will be different from standard rates of working day. Minimum no. of Trade Tests need to be conducted on holidays
- Agency need to ensure maximum Trade Tests will be conducted in day time when there is a client interview.
- All activities of Trade Tests during working day will be closed at 4.30 pm if informed earlier then respective departments staff will be asked stay back on duty beyond 4.30 pm onwards. If we ask staff to stay back after duty hours to conduct the Trade Test, there will be extra cost which will be charged.
- There will be extra cost per staff if asked to stay back after duty hours for conducting trade test, we will charge Rs. 3000/- per staff or cost of minimum 5 trade tests of that category whichever is less.
- The Trade Test Charges on Holiday will be different from standard rates of working day.
- There will be extra cost per staff if asked respective staff to come on duty on holiday for conducting trade test, we will charge Rs. 6000/- per staff or cost of minimum 10 trade tests of that category whichever is less.
Discipline & Cleanliness
Following rules and regulations regarding discipline and cleanliness need to be followed in the campus
- All are under CCTV Surveillance
- Spitting is strictly Prohibited, if found candidates will be fined Rs. 1000/-
- Smoking is not allowed
- Ensure the Garbage is put in the Dustbin
- Ensure all candidates Stay at identified place given to them
- Candidates should not wander in the premises.
- Candidates should not stand in groups in the way to college or Ashram or Opposite to Trade Test Door
- Candidates and sub Agent should not shout loudly, ensure everybody will Keep Silence
- Agency should ensure that there will not be a quarrel between candidates and Agency Staff.
- Agency should inform the client in advance that the Trade Test Dept. will be closed sharp at 8.30 pm.
- Agency should ensure that all rules and regulations are informed to Candidates, Sub Agents and Agency Staff.

Our Payment Terms are as follows
- You can pay in advance as per your policy if possible.
- Payment within 7 Days of the Proforma Invoice.
- Tax Invoice shall be issued on the same day when the full payment is credited
- Extra 18% GST is applicable for all transactions between us.
