Our Methodology from Enrolment to Certification
- Evaluating candidate for existing skills. (Minimum 50% knowledge of the trade) by subject matter Expert
- Identifying the gaps in skills, knowledge and attitude after taking Fr. Agnel Trade Test.
- Identifying skill up gradation Refresher Training duration on the basis of Skill Gaps found. Refresher Training will not be more than s15 days.
- Candidate pays the fees and receives Receipt for Payment in the Trade Test Department and enrols name in the Course.
- Subject Mater Expert enrols the candidates after seeing the Payment Receipt.
- Subject Mater Expert prepares Course Structure to address gaps found in Skill, knowledge and Attitude.
- Subject Mater Expert decides the Schedule and informs the candidate & Trade Test Department dates of Training.
- Subject Mater Expert does daily evaluation of the newly learnt skill sets by the candidate.
- Subject Matter Expert imparts Training as per schedule and course structure.
- After completion of Training Subject Matter Expert takes final Examination & submits result to Trade Test Department.
- Successful candidates are given certificate by Trade Test Department on the same day or next day.
