With demand for skilled tradesmen increasing by the day, available pools of traditional talent are drying up. To augment supply of trained manpower, Fr. Agnel has set up a large training and skill up gradation facility in the Bandra, Mumbai and various other places in Thane, Ambernath, Mumbra, Khalapur, Khandala, etc. These centres have training and skill up-gradation facilities for a wide and increasing variety of trades in demand. This network of training centres makes it easy for overseas recruiters to do their sourcing, and access certified candidates from different geographies. All Centres are equally well equipped for its purpose.

Our trainers are giving utmost important to safety while imparting training to candidates.

We have a pool of Trainers of various occupations having industry exposer and they are expert in theory and practicals. Each of them has over 25-30 years of experience in imparting training as well as in handling projects of US$ 20-30 million. This combined skill sets makes them ideal transformation agents who can train and help people upgrade their trade skills. We have separate subject matter experts who prepare the course material and experienced trainers who impart the actual training.

We have Labs, Workshops & Classrooms of different vocations having required no. of quality Tools, Equipment’s and Instruments. This facility will be used for imparting training to candidates. We have safe drinking water facility through water coolers, canteen facility, xerox and printing facilities, good waiting area & other all required facilities are made available in the Fr. Agnel premises.

We have designed course curriculum for different vocations with the help of our in-house subject matter experts and Various Qualification Packs developed by Sector Skill Council under Skill India. The training will be given in local languages with required practical’s and PPT so that the learning outcome is assured. Our trainers are facilitated with the capability of handling both theoretical as well as practical training and ensure that trainees pass out with high scores.
