Recruitment


  • Our Client Sends us their confirmed Manpower Requirement with related Job Descriptions, Salary Structure & Employment Terms along with the Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Copy of Employment Contract.

Sourcing


  • After receiving the Demand Letter, Power of Attorney & Copy of Employment Contract we can officially, advertise, interview and shortlist candidates according to client’s requirements.
  • We advertise the required categories in leading English newspapers on all Asia basis and the regional publications of the respective cities
  • We upload our client's requirements on job sites such as Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, Linkedin, Bayt.com, Monster.com, etc. and we also headhunt for certain specialized categories at potential areas in India.

Selection


  • Personal interviews are conducted by our technical recruitment managers on the basis of the job description provided by our client. The skilled/semi-skilled categories are also subjected to a trade test as per their specialization.
  • We do screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment managers.
  • The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. The candidate's short listed by us is then presented to the client's representative for the final selection.
  • Before that if required we ask candidates to go through Trade Test in out Trade Test Center

Interviewing


  • Arranging face-to-face Interview of short-listed candidates for final selection by client as per schedule.
  • Sometimes selections are done by Video and telephonic Interviews.
  • We ensure that these events are managed efficiently.
  • If required candidate are asked to go through the Trade Test before or after selection in our Trade Test Centre as per client’s suggestion.
  • Final selected candidates are short listed for deployment after discussing salary and other issues.

Deployment


  • Once the selected candidate successfully completes the requirements for visa issue, we ensure that the candidate’s travel arrangements to the country of employment is facilitated smoothly & in time.

Post Selection Processing


DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY OF EMPLOYMENT, PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS FLOW AS FOLLOWS:

  • Candidate must have a valid passport.
  • Candidate must be medically fit and confirmed by medical reports.
  • Documents required by the country issuing the visa such as Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), Attested Educational and Professional Certificates, Clearance/Exit clearances from previous employment in the relevant countries are to be sighted and checked for correctness.
  • Liaise with the relevant companies to ensure that visas are issued as soon as possible subsequent to the correct documents being sent.
  • Ensure that Indian Government procedures and policies are followed as far as Emigration is concerned for example E-Migrate registration and document uploading.
